First you need to identify what you are currently eating in order to change. Use the MyFitnessPal app or website to track your daily nutrition. Don't forget to record your water intake too! Hydration is just as important as what you eat.


Learn what a healthy diet looks like by balancing some key ingredients. The MyPlate website (and there is an app too), will help you identify how to balance your meals. There are tons of recipes and tricks on how to shop at the grocery store!


What are macros? They are carbohydrates, fats and proteins, which make up your calories in your diet. Learning to balance these three can lead to weight loss or gain and help you reach many other fitness goals. Use this calculator to help!
